Shabbat Shalom- May 10, 2013

Shabbat Shalom- May 10, 2013

Deadlines, schedules, projects, unresolved issues at times seem to encroach upon our Sabbath rest. Things left undone can sometimes be like and itch you can’t scratch, but we must realize that whatever is left undone in that which we have been called to do by the Eternal, will patiently wait for us on the other side of Shabbat and we WILL complete it, we CANNOT fail.

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Messiah Yeshua.” – Phil.1:6

The unresolved issues, like the weight of the world in which the fabled Atlas carried on his shoulders, when left at the doorstep of Shabbat, we sometimes find resolve themselves when we emerge from our Sabbath haven.

You have permission, Divine permission to rest, all will be well, He promises. Enjoy your rest in Him.

Shabbat Shalom,
Rabbi Yehudah ben Shomeyr
