<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">It’s no coincidence that the
overall theme is the Intimacy of His Majesty because it was today when ADONAI
told Moses to tell the Israel that they had three days to prepare to be
intimate with Him. What happens before a date, wedding or anniversary? Hours of
primping and preparation: bath, make-up, hair, clothes, etc., all in
preparation for one type of intimacy or another. And ironically to become
intimate with God they had to abstain from intimacy from their spouses. <o:p></o:p></span><br />

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">His Majesty represents many
things, one of which is Victory. I often think of a Royal Military Parade after
a Victory with soldiers with flags in full regalia. Similarly the same sight is
seen in praise and worship. Men with tallits waving praise banners and women
dancing like Miriam and the women did after crossing the split sea.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">Psalm 126 gives us some of the

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">Balance and moderation seem to be
the key to the majority of things in life and the combination of attributes we
have gone through are a perfect example of that. If it were not for this
delicate balance you’d almost get a Jeckel and Hyde effect.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;"><br /></span>
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">First, you had Loving-kindness,
then Severity and Strength and now Beauty. All of which are extremes from one
another. Along with balance and moderation, timing too is essential; knowing
when to employ any given combination of attributes. I suppose this symmetry is
the Beauty of His Majesty, like a silent regulator it along with Holiness keeps
everything in balance and in check. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;"><br /></span>
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">We were created symmetrical beings
and therefore love and are drawn to things with symmetry and we find beauty in
such things. Psalm 112 as we read is all about such Majestically Beautiful
Symmetry.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;"><br /></span>
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">“Abba ADONAI God, though we finite
beings are attracted to symmetry, it seems our souls are anything but, ever in
flux. We slip and slide from one extreme to another. I guess this testifies to
the fact that we like absolutes too. I pray Abba Father that You would conform
me into the Perfect and Majestically Beautiful Balance of Your Son Yeshua

Moses' father in law said unto him, The thing that thou doest is not good. Thou
wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this
thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.
Hearken now unto my voice, I will give thee counsel, and God shall be with
thee: Be thou for the people to God-ward, that thou mayest bring the causes
unto God: And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them
the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do. Moreover thou
shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth,
hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and
rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens: And let them judge
the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall
bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier
for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee. If thou shalt do this
thing, and God command thee so, then thou shalt be able to endure, and all this
people shall also go to their place in peace. So Moses hearkened to the voice
of his father in law, and did all that he had said. <o:p></o:p></span></b><br />

plague during the counting of the Omer because his students didn’t show proper
respect towards one another. The 33rd day is when the plague ended.
So to commemorate this we traditionally have our haircut at this time so as to
show that we have no more reason to mourn, but to rejoice, because in Judaism,
when we are in mourning we leave our hair unkempt. Jewish children

during Rabbi Yochai’s lifetime, because of him, it was a righteous generation
where the thought to destroy the world never crossed the mind of God during
that time. So a rainbow was never seen to remind God not to destroy the world. Also
it commemorates temporary victories by the weaponry and armies of General Bar
Kochba who revolted against Rome, but because Rabbi Akiva foolishly endorsed
Bar Kochba as the Messiah, the revolt ultimately failed. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">To me, this is the Glory of ADONAI
expressed in such a beautiful way. Imagine the thousands in the Exodus trudging
through the desert under a blistering, unforgiving sun. But wait, Here comes a
massive cloud that doesn’t move with the rest of the clouds in the sky. And
look, it is coming to rest over the people to shade them from the sun. And as
the sun sets in the desert we discover the cloud glows and radiates its own
heat so as to light the way for night travel in the desert and to keep the
freezing temperatures of the night time desert from tormenting His people. This
is a perfect example of the Beauty of His Glory.<o:p></o:p></span><br />

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt;">The Traditional Psalm to read is
Psalm 78:17-31:<o:p></o:p></span><br />

<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-US">And they sinned yet
more against him by provoking the most High in the wilderness. And they tempted
God in their heart by asking meat for their lust. Yea, they spake against God;
they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness? Behold, he smote the
rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread
also? can he provide flesh for his people? Therefore the LORD heard this, and
was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against
Israel; Because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation:
Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven,
And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of
heaven. Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full. He caused an
east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.
He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of
the sea: And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their
habitations. So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own
desire; They were not estranged from their lust. But while their meat was yet
in their mouths, The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them,
and smote down the chosen men of <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Israel</st1:place></st1:country-region>.<o:p></o:p></span></b><br />
